WE GUARANTEE OUR TIMBER TREATMENT AND DAMP PROOFING

We offer a 10-year guarantee for our timber treatments*, chemical damp proof course injection** and our below ground membrane systems. 

In addition to our guarantees, we offer a 10-year insured backed guarantee with Accelerant Insurance UK Limited. This is a one-off fee in the unlikely event we go out of business and you need to make a claim against the work that we have carried out. 

Once you have paid for your works in full, we will issue you the guarantee for your property. This guarantee is transferrable to the next owners of the property free of charge, however, if you would like the guarantee to be issued to a specific company or persons, we can reassign this with a fee of £35.00+VAT.

*We do not guarantee against Death Watch Beetle due to the Death Watch Beetle larva lives in the timber for a considerable amount of time, i.e. up to 8 years, the larva being deep-seated, infestations within the timber can continue for this period after surface treatment only has been carried out, thus causing extensive damage. In the unlikely case that the Timber Treatments cannot be guaranteed, this will be explained in writing in your report.
