This is a full-time Technician role working out of our office based in Ipswich. The Technician will be responsible for carrying out damp proofing and timber preservation works within properties across East Anglia.

• Damp proofing drilling and injection
• Timber preservation spraying
• Removal of wall plaster
• Application of waterproofing membranes
• Installations of air vents

• Experience in the building sector/construction is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel and work alone and in a team
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
• Ability to carry out some physically demanding work

Training to obtain qualifications for this role will be implemented after the 3-month probation period. During the probation period, you will be working with our other Technicians and will be trained and shadowed on-site

Our office is based in Ipswich, however, we carry out our damp proofing and timber preservation works to all types of properties across East Anglia. You will be given or share a Company Van for travelling and carrying your equipment and materials.
