Our heartfelt appreciation to two esteemed members of our organisation, who have embarked on their well-deserved retirement.

Neil Phillips, a loyal employee for Maljon for over an impressive 40 years, has been an invaluable asset to our company. Beginning his journey as a technician, Neil's unwavering commitment has propelled him through various roles, culminating in his position as a senior surveyor. His four decades of service have left an indelible mark on our organisation, and we are profoundly thankful for his tireless contributions.
Similarly, Graham Lingley, our Accountant for over two decades, has played a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of Maljon. With a tenure spanning over 20 years, Graham's accurate financial insite has ensured the sound financial health of our company. His efforts in organising our finances have been instrumental in steering the company in the right direction, and we owe him a debt of gratitude for his significant contributions.
As Neil and Graham transition into this new phase of their lives, we reflect on the immense impact they have had on Maljon. Their dedication, expertise, and professionalism have set a standard that will inspire us for years to come.
We extend our warmest wishes to Neil and Graham for a fulfilling and joyous retirement. May this new chapter bring them the relaxation and enjoyment they both deserve.
