We use the information that you have given us in order to arrange home visits for surveys and carrying out works.
We may share this information with our subcontractors if we require them to carry out any works or services on our behalf. They use this information to attend the property, and contact you if they need to arrange access, inform you of any changes in appointments or works, or to keep you updated with any progress.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your Personal Information
Your information is securely stored physically at our Head Office: Unit 20, Dales Court Business Centre, 95 Dales Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 4JR. Our electronic data is stored in the Cloud via the database system “Knack”. For more information on Knack please visit: https://www.knack.com/gdpr/
We keep physical addresses for an unlimited time; however, any names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers relating to the property will be kept for varying times depending on if we need to contact you for further services.
For example; if we have carried out an installation of a Unit at your property which needs to be serviced every 3-5 years, we will keep your details until you either no longer have the unit, move out of the property, or request us to delete them. Please note: if we have no means of contacting you to arrange services, we will not be able to carry out any further services, and you risk the chance that the unit will no longer work correctly or at all. This can void any guaranteed relating to the works.
Another example; if we have carried out works to your property and they are covered by our ten-year guarantee, we will keep your details until the guarantee expires.
We will then dispose this information by deleting any record from system and ensuring that any paperwork is either shredded, or details permanently blacked out with a black heavy marker, photocopied, and then we will only use the photocopy, disposing of the original securely.
