A property professional at an Ipswich business has been recognised by national trade body the Property Care Association (PCA) after attaining the top score in the country!
The Property Care Conference 2025 and the Property Care Awards Dinner took place on 27th November 2025, at the renowned Manchester United Football Club, Old Trafford.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our surveyor, Mark Dickenson, who received the Certificated Surveyor in Timber and Dampness in Buildings award! Mark's hard work and commitment this year, alongside his journey as a surveyor since 2024, have been duly acknowledged by the Property Care Association.
Mark gained the highest marks among students undertaking the PCA’s Certificated Surveyor in Timber and Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) qualification.
His achievement was recognised with the CSTDB Award, sponsored by Safeguard Europe, at the PCA’s 15th annual Property Care Awards held at Manchester United FC’s iconic Old Trafford stadium as part of the trade body’s annual conferences in Damp and Timber, Structural Waterproofing and Invasive Weeds.
