Glen's journey with Maljon commenced in 1979 when he initially joined as a technician. Over the course of 15 years, he transitioned into surveying for the company. In 1999, a pivotal moment unfolded as three directors retired, propelling Glen into the role of Managing Director. Throughout his tenure, Glen consistently harbored an unwavering ambition to enhance and fortify the company, ensuring the preservation of its stellar reputation. Fast forward to 2024, and Glen has gracefully stepped down from the position of Managing Director. However, instead of embracing a complete departure, he has assumed the vital role of Company Secretary. Additionally, Glen remains dedicated to his roots, as he continues to contribute to the company's surveying endeavors three days a week. This strategic move not only reflects Glen's enduring commitment to the company but also signifies a seamless transition into a role that allows him to continue shaping Maljon's future trajectory.
