Cancellation Policy For Surveys and Works

Maljon has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a survey or scheduled works within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total quoted or estimated cost.

If you rebook or rearrange the survey or works, no cancellation fee will apply.

If we visit a property and are unable to gain access, you will be charged 50% of the quoted survey cost.
