Jean became part of the Maljon team in 1997, initially joining on a temporary basis to facilitate the transition of their documentation to a computerised system. In January 1998, Jean extended her involvement by dedicating two afternoons to assist in the accounts department. Over the course of more than two decades, Jean's commitment and contributions have been integral to the company's growth, leading to the role as Contracts Manager.
With the transition in leadership following Glen's step down as Managing Director, Jean was rightfully promoted, to Managing Director, to assume a more substantial role within the organisation. She now dedicates herself full-time to her responsibilities, a testament to her enduring dedication and the value she brings to the continued success of Maljon.

Jean's enthusiasm for Formula One is unmistakable, and her unwavering support is reserved exclusively for McLaren, reflecting a true aficionado of the sport. Beyond her passion for racing, Jean extends her compassion to feline friends as a dedicated volunteer for the Ipswich Cats Protection. Her diverse interests showcase a well-rounded individual, equally devoted to the thrill of high-speed races and the well-being of our feline companions.
