During her school years, Kelsey actively contributed to the office by assisting with general administration tasks after school and during holidays. Following the completion of her exams, Kelsey transitioned to a three-day workweek with Maljon. Concurrently, she dedicated the remaining two days to volunteering at a local nursery, showcasing her commitment to both professional and community endeavors.
In 2012, when our existing typist retired, Kelsey stepped up to the challenge, expanding her commitment to a full-time schedule. This seamless transition underscored not only her adaptability but also her integral role in the company's operations.
In 2024, subsequent to the latest company updates, Kelsey has earned a well-deserved promotion to the role of Document Controller. This advancement reflects her dedication, competence, and the recognition of her valuable contributions within the organisation.
